today has been beautiful! i got to see my two brothers wes and casey, sisterabby and dad today! it was so wonderful to connect with them, and i look forward to spending more time together with them next monday or tuesday! love them so much, they're all beautiful people. i also talked with my grandmother, inez! she is just so loving! hope to see her, my uncle, aunt and cousins in august too! the friday explosion is healing so well, and so is the torso spot -- thanks to some gse spray that gaya lovingly gave on fri. just so happy about this body! school is going great, stayed in my office till 4 doing work. also bought some major produce! thanks birthday gift certificate from inez!

- Hi! I am on a journey of optimum health, vitality, clarity, knowledge, growth and total positive transformation. My decision to juice feast began during an apprenticeship at the Tree of Life during the winter of '06-'07. David Rainoshek introduced me to the idea, and ever since I have felt an exuberance to begin. Now is the time! It is psoriasis that initially brought me to raw foods, and seeing that the P is still with me, I am encouraged ever-more to juice feast. Since developing this skin dis-order in 2002, I have transitioned from smoking at least a pack of cigarettes a day, partying through the night, eating whatever I desired and drinking lots of beer. Now I am on a raw food diet, no smokes or liquor, vitally involved on a life-path of health and wellness. Before changing my life, I developed chronic bronchial issues, took a vast array of antibiotics, developed severe candida and the psoriasis. Through juice feasting, I envision my skin as clear, along with mind, psyche, spirit. What an adventure! Feel free to join me on this journey of transformation and healing. I am ever grateful!
